Library Court Lofts brings an eclectic blend of casual dining to downtown L.A.

70 of the 90 soft-loft condominiums at Library Court have already been sold…but even bigger news is that this development is the first in Downtown LA where all retail spaces have been leased prior to the projects completion! The much-touted Ralphs supermarket, originally set to open this spring as part of the South Village residential community, will be delayed at least until summer 2006 due to soaring construction costs and design delays. Here’s the full story…
